As Turkey grows as a hub in the yacht manufacturing; the Firm provides excellent services to the yacht industry. We cover all aspects related to construction, design and refit contracts and work closely with surveyors, on-site representatives, and classification societies throughout the projects. We represent all players in the sector, including yards, buyers, and owners.

Dealerships

The Firm assists local and international dealers of yacht manufacturers. We provide services regarding distribution agreements, sale and purchase arrangements with customers and establish corporate structures to reduce dealers’ risks and improve their sustainability.

New Build and Second-hand purchases

Our team has a great reputation in sale and purchase transactions for new builds and second-hand yachts. The members of the Firm are all experienced in drafting and negotiating standard MYBA contracts and other sale contracts as well as company formation and issuance/collection of closing documentation.

Chartering

Şenol Somran advises owners and charterers on sailing at Turkish waters especially for foreign flagged yachts. The Firm has a countrywide network among the port authorities, customs and other government offices to help our Clients to overcome bureaucratic and legislative formalities. 

Registration/ Company Formation

We guide Owners to choose the right flag country for their yacht and take care of all related procedures. From company formation until registration of title, we provide Clients with a turn-key service that includes finding the right corporate structure, making cost analysis, reviewing the taxation regime and flag state requirements.

Yacht finance 

The Firm work closely with financial institutions for yacht finance and investment matters including banks, leasing houses, private equities, and investment banks.
