We provide mediation services for civil law disputes including those with foreign elements. One of our partners, Ebru Somran Gözlükçü, is a prominent mediator registered under Ministry of Justice and she holds specialism certificates in commercial law and labor law. By establishment of healthy communication between parties and presenting the requirements and demands of the parties correctly to each other, the parties are able to reach common grounds for the most effective solutions.

As the Turkish Act no. 7155 has introduced mandatory application of mediation process before commencing litigation in respect of commercial disputes as of 1 January 2019, we also provide mediation services for mandatory mediation matters.
