Mina focuses on maritime and commercial law, with particular experience in maritime disputes, charterparty matters, regulatory compliance and international commercial transactions. Prior to joining Şenol Somran, Mina worked as an in-house lawyer for a shipowning company, where she advised on charterparties and related legal documentation as well as regulatory and operational compliance matters. Her experience includes KYC and sanctions screening, compliance reviews concerning charterers and suppliers, STS operations and pre-loading documentation. She has also advised on vessel registration, ownership and flag changes and provided legal support to finance, accounting, HSEQ and commercial teams.

Mina studied French Law at Université Grenoble Alpes before continuing her education at Koç University, where she graduated with an LL.B. in 2024. She was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2025.

She speaks Turkish, English and French.
