Sinan is specialized in transportation & logistics, insurance as well as trade & commodities. After spending 15 years in one of the leading Turkish law firms, Sinan has an extensive track record in these sectors, with experience in all forms of sale, leasing and financing structures, dispute resolution and litigation matters as well as commercial transactions.

Sinan represents local and international banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions on a regular basis. He has specific experience in yacht building, finance and management matters. He advises owners, builders, financiers and management companies.

Sinan’s experience also includes shipping, including dry and wet shipping work. He regularly advises P&I Clubs, owners and cargo interests in charter party and bills of lading disputes. Sinan has a long track record of advising insurance companies related to property and liability policies. He also acts for foreign and local Clients in matters arising from international sale and purchase contracts, as well as other contractual disputes in agency, supply and financial leasing arrangements. 

Sinan is recognised by Chambers 2021 edition as “a very good and astute transportation lawyer who understands the shipping world”.

Sinan Şenol graduated from Istanbul University and he is admitted to Istanbul Bar since 2005. He speaks Turkish, English and German.
