Duygu Şenol is specialized in corporate/commercial law, banking and finance, real estate, technology, dispute resolution. 

In addition to advising local and global Clients on corporate / commercial law and banking and finance matters, she advises leading Turkish real estate developers in relation to structuring and negotiating real estate development contracts including architecture and design contracts, project management contracts, construction contracts and commercial lease agreements concerning tourism facilities, offices and shopping centres.

Duygu also represents Clients in commercial disputes and provides assistance in all areas of dispute resolution. Duygu is a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2010. She speaks Turkish, English and German.
