Tuğçe’s practice focuses on maritime law, with particular experience in yacht sale and purchase transactions and related commercial matters. She also advises clients on corporate and commercial law, employment law and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Tuğçe worked as in-house legal counsel for a group of companies operating across various segments of the yachting industry, including yacht construction. In this role, she advised on yacht sale and purchase transactions, brokerage and charter arrangements, yacht financing, marine insurance and regulatory compliance. She drafted, reviewed and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements and advised on legal risks arising from international trade, customs regulations and contractual obligations. She also represented the group companies in maritime and commercial disputes, particularly those involving warranty claims.

Earlier in her career, Tuğçe advised corporate and individual clients on corporate and commercial law, contract law, employment law and regulatory compliance. Her experience included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on contractual and regulatory risks, and representing clients before the Turkish courts in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.

Tuğçe graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with an LL.B. in 2019 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2020. She speaks Turkish, English and French.
